Impeccable Soles will only accept returns if the merchandise is sent back in brand new condition with the original box and all applicable accessories (e.g. shoe trees, plastic hang tag, retro card, original shoe laces, etc.). If the merchandise is found to be worn or returned in a lesser condition than which it was originally shipped, the return will not be accepted, the merchandise will be sent back and all additional shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

In order for a return to be valid all customers must contact us (via the contact page) within 3 days of receiving their merchandise. After contacting us you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request and we will begin to process the return. Once the return has been approved we will generate and send a Merchandise Return Authorization code as well as the appropriate return address.

PLEASE NOTE: Impeccable Soles is not responsible for return shipping costs or items damaged/lost/stolen during shipping, the responsibility for all merchandise returns resides on our customers. In order to protect your return it must be shipped through a service that can be tracked, this ensures all items are delivered, received and accepted by Impeccable Soles. In addition to tracking we recommend that our customers purchase insurance for all return shipments to protect themselves from damage/loss/theft.
